Free Shipping Thresholds

Australia & New Zealand

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $120 AUD or $120 NZD.

Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout once your cart meets the minimum threshold.

United States

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $99 USD.

This will also apply automatically at checkout — no code needed.

United Kingdom

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £75 GBP.

Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout once your cart qualifies.

Dispatch Times & Peak Sale Periods

Our small team works super quickly behind the scenes to get your order packed and on its way as soon as possible.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

If there is ever anything preventing your order from being dispatched — such as missing shipping details or an address clarification — our team will contact you the same business day to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Peak Sale Periods

During major sale events (such as Black Friday / Cyber Weekend), launches or unexpected spikes in order volume, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly extended.

Shipping from Australia (AU & NZ Orders)

All Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post, with full tracking provided via email updates once your order has been dispatched.

No Duties or Tariffs (US Orders)

Because we’re shipping from within the USA, you won’t need to pay any additional duties or import tariffs on your Cub & Fox order — regardless of order value.

This removes the uncertainty that sometimes comes with international orders and creates a truly local experience, even from a little Australian brand.

All UK orders are dispatched from our USA warehouse.

UK Duties & Taxes

Please note that additional duties, taxes or customs charges may be applied by your local government upon delivery.

These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Cub & Fox is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or tariffs charged once your order reaches the United Kingdom.

We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing your order if you are unsure.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep

If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder first, then reach out to us if you still need help.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We want every order to arrive safe and sound.

If your parcel:

  • Arrives damaged, or
  • Appears to be lost in transit
