During high demand and pre-order periods please allow additional time for order processing and dispatch. This is additional to the stated shipping time and will be advised at checkout if applicable.

During major sale events (such as Black Friday / Cyber Weekend), launches or unexpected spikes in order volume, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly extended.

Forget about crunching numbers at checkout—shipping is automatically calculated for you. Spend over $145AUD / $180NZ, and shipping is on the house! Team up with a friend or snag a few goodies for yourself.

Tracking and Order Confirmation:

Once your order takes flight, we'll send you a tracking number and link via email. Keep tabs on your package until it lands safely on your doorstep.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@cubandfox.com.au with photos of the damage for quicker resolution. We’re here to assist with any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
