Pre-Order Information: Magic Canvas

Thank you for your overwhelming support — our Magic Canvas has officially sold out! 🌟

But not to worry — pre-orders are now open, with our next shipment arriving soon. Here's everything you need to know if you're purchasing a Magic Canvas as part of your order:

  • Dispatch Date: All orders containing the Magic Canvas will be dispatched from 28th April.
  • Combined Orders: If your order includes other in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the Magic Canvas is available. If you’d prefer to receive other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
  • Shipping Method: Once dispatched, your order will follow our standard delivery timelines (outlined below), and you’ll receive tracking updates via email.

We’ll keep you in the loop with any updates along the way and send a dispatch confirmation the moment your parcel is on the move. If you have any questions in the meantime, our friendly customer experience team is always happy to help.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 3pm NZST will be dispatched same business day. 

 

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: Get your orders at a lower rate with our Standard Shipping Option. Get your orders delivered to you in 4-7 business days (from date of dispatch).

Express Shipping: Feeling the pressure? We feel you! But fear not, we've got your back with affordable express shipping. Most items are delivered within 2-4 business days (from date of dispatch)!

 

Free Shipping:

Forget about crunching numbers at checkout—shipping is automatically calculated for you. Spend over $100AUD / $120NZ, and shipping is on the house! Team up with a friend or snag a few goodies for yourself.

  

Tracking and Order Confirmation:

Once your order takes flight, we'll send you a tracking number and link via email. Keep tabs on your package until it lands safely on your doorstep.

 

International Shipping:

At the moment, we're spreading the love Down Under to Australia and New Zealand. If you wish to gift our products to other countries, let us know where and we'll add it to our expansion wishlist!

 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@cubandfox.com.au with photos of the damage for quicker resolution. We’re here to assist with any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
