Orders placed after December 5th are not guaranteed for delivery to NZ in time for Christmas

We are currently have a large backlog of orders that we are working through which is causing delays in dispatch up to 10 business days. Our team is doing their best to catch up and process orders as quickly as possible however due to the earlier shipping cut-off for NZ shipments we are no longer able to guarantee standard or express deliveries will arrive to NZ in time for Christmas.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible in the order when which they are received (without exception). We welcome your order if you wish to make the most of our current offer and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Standard Shipping: Get your orders at a lower rate with our Standard Shipping Option. Get your orders delivered to you in 4-7 business days (from date of dispatch).

Express Shipping: Feeling the pressure? We feel you! But fear not, we've got your back with affordable express shipping. Most items are delivered within 2-4 business days (from date of dispatch)!

 

Free Shipping:

Forget about crunching numbers at checkout—shipping is automatically calculated for you. Spend over $100AUD / $120NZ, and shipping is on the house! Team up with a friend or snag a few goodies for yourself.

  

Tracking and Order Confirmation:

Once your order takes flight, we'll send you a tracking number and link via email. Keep tabs on your package until it lands safely on your doorstep.

 

International Shipping:

At the moment, we're spreading the love Down Under to Australia and New Zealand. If you wish to gift our products to other countries, let us know where and we'll add it to our expansion wishlist!

 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@cubandfox.com.au with photos of the damage for quicker resolution. We’re here to assist with any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
